Med. Marijuana Bill (sb573) still alive!

On August 6, 2011, The Democratic Party of Oklahoma passed a resolution in support of medical marijuana legislation.

The resolution reads:

The Oklahoma Democratic Party supports legislation protecting the doctor patient relationship by allowing medical marijuana with doctor’s recommendation.

Senator Constance Johnson (Oklahoma City, District 48) has introduced an actual medical marijuana bill! If passed, Senate Bill 573 would for the medical use of marijuana with a doctor’s recommendation.
